Great app but I have trouble navigating

Moving video from Camera to Mac to Coach now library is easy. Finding the way to clip the library video I haven’t found yet. Prob #1. Coach now will not work without being connected to wifi. Locks up every time (my problem?). #2. Moving camera video to Coach now at home is ok. Editing it from there not so much.
