Coming back
I’ve been recovering from a major cardiac surgery for the last three months. Im gradually able to start practicing again. CoachNow and my teacher’s skilled instruction give me a road map from short game to full swing with the videos and narration from two tears of previous instruction. It’s been a huge benefit to my coming back with good habits at my own pace.

Love this APP. Been a user since 2017. I do not teach without it. Now making more as a virtual coach.
Pretty good…
easy to use, love that you can comment draw on screen show corrections and create more than one platform for commenting . The only thing is I wish that you could hear the background stuff when video recording or voice over. Overall great. If that could be changed it would make this app 5 stars.

Lesson booking tool
Overall, the lesson booking tool is not great. I’ve gotten multiple errors while trying to book a lesson. Also, if I click on a lesson time and then cancel out of that screen the lesson time disappears, even though I didn’t book it, which doesn’t make any sense.

Truly, I’ve had such a pleasant experience using this application. They’ve been patient and urgent with me anytime I’ve had troubles.
I wish their notification system worked better (being able to filter which type of notifications you see or don’t see). The comment responses back always get buried. Making communication with athletes one way if you run a team larger than 5-8 at a time.

This has been my main communications portal for many years and a critical part of my remote coaching infrastructure.
Video uploads
Uploading videos tend to be a back and forth issue either coach cannot see my messages or uploads or I am not allowed to see the videos he uploads for me. But other than that a great app to keep up with my progress
