Way downhill
Used to be a phenomenal app. As they’ve “added” features, basic functionality has disappeared. Where is the trim button? Where is the download button? Not everything needs to be done automatically, especially when it doesn’t work. Sad to see where this app is now vs. a year ago

Great learning tool
I’ve been using SwingProfile for a couple of years now. It’s been great using it to show my students their progress.
It’s been helpful in showing what’s going on versus what they feel is going on which helps speed up the learning process for them.
The drawing tools are excellent and the side-by-side function Works well to see before and after when working on a particular part of the swing.
My students love receiving the analysis I’m able to do and record using the app on my iPhone.

Swing Relay is better
I’m the replay there is a preview box that blocks a quarter of the replay. Plus hard to delete replays . Swing Replay is better with both of these.
Solid customer support!
I recently experienced very good customer support concerning the resetting of my Swing Profile system password. The Software Engineer (Urim) immediately investigated the password reset problem, consulted his software team about the problem, and implemented a solution to the problem. I received numerous detailed emails from the Software Engineer informing me about the progress of his efforts towards resolving the problem.
Overall, the Software Engineer was very professional and responsive.
