Solid customer support!

I recently experienced very good customer support concerning the resetting of my Swing Profile system password. The Software Engineer (Urim) immediately investigated the password reset problem, consulted his software team about the problem, and implemented a solution to the problem. I received numerous detailed emails from the Software Engineer informing me about the progress of his efforts towards resolving the problem.

Overall, the Software Engineer was very professional and responsive.

Great app for swing review

I’ve found this to be the best app for myself and for my students as a PGA Professional. It has great tools to analyze and compare swing and their customer support is always available whenever I have an issue (which is rare).. definitely recommend them! I have tried several of the other apps over the years and this is bar far the easiest to use and best!

This is the best $49 you can spend to improve your golf game. The auto-replay feature is perfect especially when screen mirrored to a TV. Love it.
