Solid customer support!
I recently experienced very good customer support concerning the resetting of my Swing Profile system password. The Software Engineer (Urim) immediately investigated the password reset problem, consulted his software team about the problem, and implemented a solution to the problem. I received numerous detailed emails from the Software Engineer informing me about the progress of his efforts towards resolving the problem.
Overall, the Software Engineer was very professional and responsive.

Great app for swing review
I’ve found this to be the best app for myself and for my students as a PGA Professional. It has great tools to analyze and compare swing and their customer support is always available whenever I have an issue (which is rare).. definitely recommend them! I have tried several of the other apps over the years and this is bar far the easiest to use and best!

This is the best $49 you can spend to improve your golf game. The auto-replay feature is perfect especially when screen mirrored to a TV. Love it.

Stopped working
I’ve been using this for almost a year now and the camera stopped working and so the app is no longer functional.
I deleted the app, reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone and nothing seems to fix this issue.
The app opens and just shows a black screen when I try to record myself.

Cannot unsubscribe
I followed the instructions to go to my account page and there is no option to unsubscribe. Please discontinue my account Swing
Terrible UI, cant organize videos, frustrating to use
Core app is decent. But its held back by UI design straight out of 2010. You cant easily delete or organize clips. Sorting thru 100 swings per session gets really old.
Beat thing ever
Best thing ever I fixed my golf swing immediately by comparing it to pros and my old swing got so much more power range and accuracy. This app is a must get 10 stars if I could please Spencer me I love this app.

Ball tracker is awful
This is a swing app only! They should not be promoting their ball tracker feature at all. Ball tracker stops when your swing is complete and your ball hasn’t even reached apex!
