All hospitals at Vadodara not displaying under ipd
Only 4-5 hospitals are visible under request admission section for Vadodara. Using a iPhone with updated app & ios.. tried deleting & re installing the app, but not ok.
Dependent photo upload feature is horrendous
We have tried a hundred times and it just gives a blank screen after photo selfie upload without any error message. Not intuitive at all.
Not able to proceed after photo
Not able to proceed after capturing face. Tried a lot many time. Noting happens on clicking “Proceed” or “Try again”

After the initial hiccups are ironed out it’s a great app to use . Very user friendly .
Unable to update app
ONGCAReS app is showing that update is available-but on logging, when trying to update, it goes back to login page. The cycle continues n unable to either loggin or update the app. Please solve this issue immediately. I’ve installed on iPhone 10. Thanks.

Not working
Showing new version available even though latest version is downloaded and installed. Repeatedly diverting to app store where only OPEN option is available as the app is updated. Not able to log in

After entering MPin the app is showing a new version is available “Update” but when you are directed to App Store there is no update and the cycle continues.
As for the login with pass word the app keeps asking to change M Pin and we are unable to login

I have tried several times to register myself in ONGCAReS but I have been getting a message “Unable connect server”. Called helpline but no use.

It is one of the great initiatives to facilitate all ONGCian . The initiative taken by ONGC Corporate communication to increase communication among all ONGCian to support them in case of medical emergencies.
