Bad service
App does it work any more. 5 to 6 h wait for customer service on phone hold. I don’t recommend any one any more . Waiting for my renewal to take my business Elsa-where.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I’ve been with them for over a year now, unfortunately. I’ve cancelled my policy and they still charge me. I am no longer with them and still get billed. I’ve called and emailed numerous times and nobody gets back to me. They sent a email reminder over a month ago saying my policy ends in Dec 2024 and charged me $40, this month Jan 2025, they charged me $150. Unreal company. Do not insure with them!!! Save yourself.

The new update stinks just go back to what it used to be my little cousin could put this garbage update tigger in 2 minutes and what’s with the login process someone needs to be fired

Garbage
The company, their customer service, their maintenance of insurance plans, how they switched us all to this new provider and then didn’t provide the damn documents- it’s all garbage. Don’t get your insurance from aha/Onlia. I’ve been on hold trying to talk to someone to confirm I even have continued insurance past the 25th for over twenty minutes. They don’t even respond to emails now. Absolute garbage.

Useless app
What is the point of this app? Took about 30 minutes to set up the account and actually sign in. After filling out all the info to make a claim, the submit button doesn’t work. Plus when I clicked submit, it deleted all the info. It was after hours so I couldn’t talk to a agent, which was why I tried submitting a claim on the app. Even right now, the app says I don’t have a claim, even though I have a claim number from the agent. All you can do is get your pink slips, which I can easily get from the website. This app is a waste of space on my phone.

App update.. and the website
Both terrible… can’t update the app.. just keep tapping the button and then, the website says my password is wrong and when I change it, it still won’t load! Got “Victor” on the phone who was very helpful at first and disappeared after sending me an email that he wanted a response to and that was the last I heard from him… garbage, garbage, garbage!

This app sucks
Download the app to review insurance crap. Installed the app. Opened the app to user message “Please update your app for the latest version to continue using it”. Tap on update at the bottom and f the screen. Tap it again, again, again, again…. Does not work l, does not update. Don’t waste your time.
