Really poor support
I have been struggling for several months now to print out my cases. I have sent many emails to get help, but I have been ignored. I am trying to stop wasting my money and unsubscribe, but I don’t know how to print and save my cases. I am really disappointed!! I am even struggling to put a review! Multiple trials, not accepting my name.

Keeps saying oops something went wrong try again later for weeks now despite update
Perfect website, but application needs improvements
I have used the website for more than 6 months now and still struggling to add patients on mobile app. Always when i click add it just close down the application. I tried another phone (iphone) and still the same problem.
It is great easy synch, but mobile app is important when i am at work... please try to fix this bug.

Good gas logbook
I have subscribed for 3-4 years and am very happy with the data input and summary sheet. Excellent for appraisal documentation.
The new update is an improvement with suggested common operations.
Not used it for ICU cases, needs a tweak to make the data collection a little more comprehensive.

Rubbish
Can't see cases until log onto website and then want £3 a month. I'll leave it thanks!
Doesn't work on iPhone 4s
Can't scroll down to next fields in signup screen. iPhone 4s screen too short? Disappointed!

Insufficient specialty headings, eg no ECT or endoscopy. These are filed under miscellaneous. There are no means to add any

Clunky, disappointing
Not overwhelmed by this program, especially seeing as it is sanctioned by RCOA. To make it able to 'instantly create RCOA reports' the format is very restrictive. It is clunky and slow to use, with very little ability to capture other information that you might want, like grade of laryngoscopy, whether you did the intubation or your supervisor. You have to be online to view or add to your log, which seems utterly ludicrous, and I have had an entire day's worth of logged cases just disappear off the supposedly reliable server-based database. All in all, I definitely would not recommend this program, though to be fair, I have heard colleagues say similar things about other Case Log books. It may be that there are no good ones.

Good software but is not free!!!
I started using this app after my igaslog had crashed.I like the summary reports and the ICM part is good to enter procedures.However it is not free as advertised and infact it is working out costlier than others as you need to pay 4 pounds monthly and I came to know that only after the number of cases crosses a certain limit.

Such rubbish!
Downloaded this app, have not seen a single case as it says error-no record found whatever I press ! Doesn't deserve a single star as it doesn't work at all.

This app is a great start. Please add time every minute instead of every 15 min.also drop down list ICD-9 dx codes and ASA relative value guide.

The developer fixed date problem. Tried it and now this is a superb app! Great for OR cases, wonderful for interventional pain cases, just wonderful app. Highly recommend! I think it will get even better with time.
Handy tool for all anaesthetists
Quick case addition from theatres. Finally supports English(US) and Spanish with MM/DD/YYYY date format.

Unfortunately needs Internet access
This app will not work without an Internet connection. Without online access you cannot enter any data, which severely limits the apps usefulness. Hopefully the developers will fix this in an update.

Constantly goes off when entering data. I do not trust. So, it is waste of time. I do not recommend ....I have been told there will be a fix 4 the bug but still not happening.
