no option to use in the browser, this puts a lot of friction and late for the meeting, had to do it on phone instead of computer
So easy to use
Such an easy to use app which is very stable as it adapts the video quality based on bandwidth, it also gives me the ability to join meetings for wherever I am as if I was in the office!
Great video conferencing app
Great quality & easy to use. You can view video participants, view presentations and chat with participants. The app automatically adapt the video quality based on bandwidth so this helps in areas with poor WiFi or poor 3G/4G coverage
Better and more secure than Zoom.
Very simple to use and I like the fact the app is HIPPA compliant. It keeps getting better with every update. Video and audio quality is superb if you have a good connection. This will grow to be a dominant leader in the collaboration and meeting space in time.
Difficult to join meetings
The supposed links to join meetings fail every time. Have to have the host email a url every time to type into the app which causes frustration and a waste of time. Once you can finally get into meeting the video and sound quality is good.
Hosting through the app
I like the app and it’s easy to use, but if I have a meeting scheduled to host there isn’t any way (that I see) to start a scheduled meeting from the app. This is an important feature to have to make this more flexible when making scheduled calls on the go or hosting from an iPad. I hope this can be added in an upcoming update!
