App never works always crashing and freezing and you can never delete items in your basket deleted the app will not use again

Just to say this was my first order with them I ordered on Thursday I was shocked to see it arrive the following day. Everything was perfect right through to the ordering from the site very good selection and prices. Will definitely be ordering again I have passed this site on to my friends and family. Doesn’t let you get rid of item in basket once added, had to delete whole basket just to get rid of one thing. Prices are good, but app is weird. Also won’t let me checkout most of the time had to come back and re-try

This app worked the first time I downloaded it, I managed to place an order and received it, after that I have not been able to place an order, every time I click on an item it just shuts down!

I ordered Rapport Original deodorant and got Rapport Black deodorant.

Great prices , it’s only worked once and now everytime I try to open my basket the app shuts down. I’ve tried reinstalling it.
