App is a Joke—no way to verify account
Filled out app info…asks to enter verification code sent via text. Code is never sent. Totally useless and bush-league. So unprofessional, especially for a medical provider. Unacceptable.

There’s literally no reason for this app other than they collect your data. At the end of my “signing up” to get a test, the app told me to “go inside” so I headed to the testing center. When I arrived they sent me away saying they were too busy and to another on of their testing locations where I waited 3 hours for a test. All around pointless

Worst App Ever
Extremely user unfriendly, asks for a ton of personal information. Wouldn’t let me create a profile for my two-year-old daughter without entering an email address, password, etc. this app is just stupid!
Horrible! Do not use this app!!
They ask for tons of highly personal information to supposedly schedule an appointment and then there is no scheduler at the end. It was on the urgent care website so I trusted it because we were patients there in the past but this app is very sketchy.
This System Seems Very Insecure
I downloaded the app to sign up for a Covid test. Made a profile with username, password, email, etc. and received a confirmation email with my password that I had just set in plaintext. Extremely concerning since this app requests and stores sensitive medical data. Deleted immediately.
