Won’t even connect to my watch
app is not user friendly at all and won’t even connect to my watch
Love but there’s one problem
I love the app and the watch but over half of the clock faces aren’t showing up on the app. What can I do to fix it?
Crashes
The watch is great for my personal needs and the app was working well for two years. Suddenly, the app started crashing and it closes as soon as I open it and I can't transfer the data to my phone anymore.
Worst App Ever for a Smart Watch
I use to really like this app but in more recent months I haven’t even been able to get on the app whatsoever without it crashing every single time. Completely un usable!!!!
Rubbish App
Is this App still supported? Watch is great but useless if the App isn’t working. Keeps shutting down. Have re-installed and can’t even login.
Can’t even get into app
The app constantly kicks me out so I can’t even sign in. I’ve uninstalled it several times and it just won’t work.

Funciona si, pero No deja sincronizarse por completo a Apple. No puedes obtener reportes completos ni notificaciones como según describía.
Past due for an update
I switched from an Android to IPhone and now I’m not getting the app updates. I miss having a multitude of watch faces when I had an Android. Please update app for IPhone so that we have access to same features as those of the Android/ Goggle app.
Watch 4.5 stars, App 3
Watch works well especially for the price. App however needs some serious updates. All apps that I have found to track nutritional intake tracking do not acknowledge Only Fit as a health tracker. Solution is to link to apple health. Done…problem is, tracking does not match up. I would suggest if they cannot figure out how to link with these other apps, then build in the nutritional tracking as well. Do this and 5 star will come.

Its okay...
The only thing that I am having trouble with is not being able to get messages and notification to my watch....
Stopped connecting
The app worked fine until it stopped connecting to the watch entirely, now i try to connect the watch to the app and it just infinitely loads and doesn’t do anything, I tried resetting the watch to see if that would help and the only thing it did was make the time wrong, now the watch is basically useless until i can find a way to get it connected.

Best for the price
Spent about 5 mins setting this up on my iPhone 12 (didn’t need directions, but the directions provided were clear and simple), has all features that other smart watches offer (other than phone calls), the best price for the quality. I may be buying more for Christmas/bday gifts!
Freezing
The App constantly freezes, please fix it.
Not user friendly
Only has metrics...if there is a way to inches and pounds they have it extremely hard to find. Cannot get the steps to sync with the apple health app. Then don’t get me started on the watch itself...that review will go onto the Amazon page...should just waited and saved up for an actual Apple Watch that would sync properly to my phone.

Very slow and buggy
App is slow to load, has stopped tracking my sleep for weeks. Sometimes i have to force quit the app multiple times a day to get accurate data.
Fix it.
You made it where if you confirm the password during the register it says NO I DIDNT CONFIRM THE PASSWORD when I did the thing exactly the same. Fix this. I just want to use a smart watch.
Awful
It’s hard to connect to your watch, also knowing that it’s mostly inaccurate doesn’t help.
Dial changing
I love the watch and most of the apps features but it would be really nice if you could have your own choices of dials loaded onto the watch instead of just one and the normal presets.
