Awesome

I do not check my personal email often but enjoy the ease of OnMail when I do.

So far so good

Just started using so far good

Nice

It’s good

Amazing email service

Thank you team for a clean, beautiful interface

exceptional and easy

good solid email structure

No ability to create new account

Just downloaded the app and had high hopes for it. On the app, it only has the option to login, but no place to create a new account. When I go to the website and click the create new account link, it opens the app, so I’m stuck in a loop. Unable to find any support on the website or the app.

Terrible Ui and Unnecessary App

The UI has been oversimplified in some areas, leaving you without easily accessing features that should be easy to access. The inboxes are tucked away in an annoying drawer that is lucky to navigate. And to top it all off, they force you to use Onmails app for Onmail when Edison (a much better email app that they also own) is perfectly capable of having Onmails few but useful beneficial features implemented into it. Stop trying to carve out a niche with two different apps and give your users features in a single app. People have an enough freaking apps. We don't want two!

A shame

Sadly I’ve had to delete the app. I really enjoyed using it but have got fed up and frustrated with the app showing 1 or2 unread emails when I’ve read all the emails. I contacted Customer Service but have not had any reply, so farewell Onmail.

I like it

The app gives you controls a lot of other email clients do not just being able to filter who can send you emails is huge and a great feature modern sleek hopefully they will implement some sort of LLM for writing assistance

Good mail

Good alternative to gmail

Terrible time trying to change password

Ridiculous

I like it, needs horizontal view

I like this app and it's my default mail. I even changed my apple id to this. My big frustration is when I'm reading a document file attachment, I can't read rotate it to landscape

Love The App

I have been using OnMail for about a year now. Love it keeps spam out and is so easy to use.

Fails to work properly

Having set the account up, it asked for me to authorise the account over and over again it became tedious

Very good.

I recommend it to all.

I hh

Okay

Great service

I love on mail

I did until they changed it

I loved on mail until they updated to this new version. I absolutely hate it. Honestly I’m ready to dump them and go back to outlook.

So far, really good

Love you can accept or block users even before you get the email.

Worth solving the puzzles

It’s taken me a while to get to grips with Onmail. I still do not see the point of the ludicrous split inbox, I just turn every email into primary. I couldn’t understand why there were only inboxes, no trash/spam etc. until I found their hiding place by accident. The more I use it the more I find, it really is excellent and different. Only puzzle left is the sounds, I can’t find a way of changing them. Highly recommended.

Response from developer

Hi coteroti, thanks for the feedback, we're glad you've taken the time to learn your way around the app. We understand it's a new feel but we think you'll like it! We don't have a way to disable the primary/other categories at this time, but we're looking into letting users disable this in the future! At this time we don't offer custom notification tones like you inquired about, but this is part of our roadmap. 🙂 If you have any questions, issues, or suggestions in the future, please be sure to submit a request at https://support.onmail.com
