Payment Declined
Got the card, activated it tried paying something Declined. Did tried 3 other payments declined all. I dont understand the purpose of this card now. Might withdraw from agreement in 14days. Not worth it, app itself sucks

Avoid at all costs
I’ve been with Onmo for almost 2 years. Avoid at all costs. I’ve had to apply for other credit cards as they randomly take your card and will try cancelling it without explanation , the app dosent work, the customer service are horrible , they take weeks to respond. They start declining payments when funds are available. They ignore you constantly and don’t care and give you the run around time after time. This is the worst credit card company I’ve even experienced and would suggest you all avoid it. It’s declined payments when money has been clearly in the account. Worst company ever.

Does the job just fine
Simple basic card simple basic app does everything you need to nothing complicated as long as you keep up your payments the interest rate isn’t really relevant. I just pay off what I spent the month before I found it very useful after a few weeks, they gave me a small card rise to amount that I’m very happy with and I’m quite happy to say yeah, I would recommend it

Only thing simplified with this card is the frustration!
I got accepted for this card recently. It came through and I got ready to use it. Well, that was wishful thinking because I’ve been struggling with the 3D authentication process 🤬 Took forever for them to accept my photos of my driving license and, even when they did finally accept that along with the 2 other ‘challenges’ they STILL haven’t cleared me to make the purchase that was the whole reason for getting the card. I’ve had other credit cards and never had this issue. Maybe tell people during the application process that, once accepted, they’ll have to do further tasks before being able to use it. I’m at the stage where I’m considering just cancelling because, honestly, the item I want is definitely going to sell out before this lot let me use the card for its intended use. I get online safely and welcome it, but this is beyond a joke.

App doesn’t work
“We are unable to send a verification code - please try again shortly”. Been seeing this error message for MONTHS, reinstalled/updated the app multiple times, IOS on my iPhone is up-to-date, still can’t even get past this error message. Never seen anything like it

The app used to work. Now doesn’t work at all saying something about verification code??!!! No idea what that’s about. Can’t access my account. Can’t verify my card!!! Very disappointed!!!
