The best game ever
I adore this game - everything is just perfect. Unique design, beautiful art, gacha system, pvp - i’m serious, this game is the best.
Worst support ever had.
I have never left a review for a game before, but the service I got trying to recover my account that I had over 8 years is totally unacceptable, disappointing, they don’t care about players at all, my account was transfer from Android to iOS years ago, linked to my Facebook, I never had an issue login in between my accounts, for some reason their system mixed my 2 accounts and of course the oldest one ( aasmodeos) my first account got lost, worked with “ support” for weeks almost a months, firstly they passed my verification but they were confused why my account was showing link to the other account (Saral1692) and data was mixed, THEY agreed there was a data discrepancy and even with that I was sent to Android support to explained the situation again, android support ended up asking me for my loggings on Android which I don’t use since more than 4-5 years ago which I don’t remember, to do verification, asked me the same questions I already answered 6+ times showed them the unique purchase I have, and NEVER Helped me, just saying sorry and they understood how frustrating this could be, now I lost my account and clearly this game support doesn’t care, I loved Onmyoji for their unique style and great game, but clearly we are just not a priority.
