Horrible app
This app is terrible, the constant lag and logging out, then typing in the password, then the app says password is incorrect, even though I am inputing the correct password.

Connection issues
The connection issues with this app are terrible.

this app is absolutely horrible. there is a new issue every other day as to why i cannot login to my app. 100% a disappointment. getting some of your wages sounds great, but because the app is so horrible good luck ever getting any of your money early! customer support is horrible too. they will “fix” your issue & then the next day there is a new issue.

This app bites the dust. It is horrible. It doesn’t work 2/3 of the time.

The app doesn’t allow you to see your daily schedule or allow you to pick up shifts. Just keeps loading. This has been an issue for almost 2 months now…. There hasn’t been an update in 7months. It’s ridiculous seriously.

I always get logged out and gotta log back in, and when i am able to log back in (50% of the time) the app is very slow, and blames my internet connection but that is not the issue. Wouldn’t recommend this app at all, it’s a pain in the ***.

I’m confused as to why this app has a so horrible yet it’s used by companies… never any good reviews… It must be cheap or something under the table.. something suspicious for a good company to continue with such a bad app
Money never right
This app always having issues, on top of not calculating your hours and money correctly! One minute it will say this amount then the next it will have a lower amount. Feel like they’re cheating you out of your money
Several Glitches
This app sucks ssa. It glitches nonstop. I’ve used it with 3 different jobs and every time I loathed finding out they use it. Constant log in issues especially if you’ve used it with a previous job, the wallet features literally never works. It takes you days to finally get logged in and then when you do the app will just completely shut down. It does that often. Finally got logged in after figuring out the issue and then it wouldnt allow me to use the wallet feature so like usual I assume I must log out and back in, and when I do it basically is having me start all over with creating an account.

It won’t even let me sign into the app, I know my password but it keeps kicking me out
Buggy!
Sorry, but the app or server seem to consistently fail. Useless for tracking your schedule. Keep in mind that this app is used in healthcare, where staffing is a necessity/mandate.
