Data Logging

The concept of this app is really good. However, the technical support is terrible. I have sent in two requests asking to be contacted as to why the weather data logging portion doesn't function properly. No response at all. The app has a feature that should log weather and temperature based on zip code input. Problem is, it only takes one recording then fills out all of the time slots with the same data. On top of that it is taking the wrong weather info based on zip code entry..
App needs a lot of work to correctly function. Sometimes customer service is important...
