OnSite Planroom
OnSite Planroom eliminates any need to cart around large floorplans or blueprints and is much more convenient. With Planroom I can instantly access my floorplans and files directly from my phone from anywhere in the field or office and share them with clients or team members. So easy!
Onsite PlanRoom helps me manage my PDF files and other documents so easily, right from my phone. If only the other applications I worked with could give me the access, outside of the office, that ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline have. Thanks UDA!
Great Help
This is a good app because not everyone has an ipad. For those who don't you can still use planroom to see all the files you've shared.

This is so great, it is simple and straight to the point. It has helped me out so much when I am out of the office and just need to look at a document quickly...this has really helped my business!
Good, but hard to view on small device
I have this app on my iphone and on the ipad. They both work really well and the iPad app really is great. This app does the same thing, but the device itself is just too small. I can zoom in ... but a 2" x 3" screen isn't ideal to view a floor plan on . It works in a pinch though.
IT Opinion
As my companies IT department, I appreciate what PlanRoom does to the fullest. We use the iPad (an IT person's dream hardware by the way) and iPhone versions to sync our mobile users (contractors, finance, management) to our ConstructionOnline cloud, and couldn't be happier with the results. We tried using Dropbox and box.net, but porting all our files constantly from COL and back was a huge pain, and not timely. Planroom solves this issue for us seamlessly. The other features like sharing a file with anyone and commenting are SO useful for a medium sized firm such as ours. 5 stars!

Great tool
I also have the iPad and use the onsite planroom for iPad app, but I don’t always have the ipad with me. Since I always have my phone with me, this app will let me have the same functionality even when the ipad isn’t around. Definitely helps and makes things easier when away from my desk.
Great time saver
I really cant explain the amount of time I save every week by using this app to view and markup plans sent from clients or architects. No longer do I have to be at my office or carry a laptop with me to quickly and easily get work done.
