Verification does not work
The link in the verification email takes me to the App Store, not to the application, so completing the verification process is impossible. I’m not able to register/sign in.

Too bugged to even launch. The program sends an email for verification, opens up your default browser, and then kicks you to the App Store when you launched the application from the App Store. It doesn’t complete the workflow so you can’t even launch the app at all when you try to sign in through a company.

Makes for a quick and easy way for me to get my messages. I noticed some comments about email verification issues. Make sure you are opening the email from the same device the app is.

Same as other reviews, clicking the link just opens the App Store. Impossible to create account.
Cannot Complete E-mail Verification
The setup process really needs a lot of work. I open the provisioning email and click the link to verify my email address. Initially, the app gets installed, then just sits at the Email Verification screen with a RESEND button. Click the button and the process repeats. App never moves onto the next step.

App still not working
The app was updated and still does not work. When you click on the email verification link it opens the App Store. You just sit there and wait and wait and wait. Totally useless

Useless - signup doesn’t work
Very telling of how reliable this app can be if they couldn’t do something as basic as signup process right! Wondering how much my company is paying for this useless thing
Can’t create an account
When attempting to sign up, the apps sends me an email to verify my address. When I tap the link in the email, it brings me to the App Store. When I tap to open the app, my phone switches to the app and just sits there. It doesn’t matter which browser I use to open the link, always the same results. It’s amazing that my company spent money on this thing.

You made the app worse
Horrible update! Dashboard shows alerts but getting to the message just loops back to the Dashboard. Unable to show a message as read so it shows that I have 349 unread messages.
Not working
Cannot log in with my email. Keeps saying error.
Email verification broken
Unable to setup my account as the email verification gets an error when I use the link sent.
