Olá! Sentimos muito pela sua experiência. Provavelmente foi um problema pontual. No app existem dois modos de teleprompter: 1 - Fixed Speed (Velocidade fixa): para o texto começar a rolar, é necessário tocar em Start. 2 - Voice Scroll (Rolagem por voz): nesse modo, conforme você vai lendo, o texto rola automaticamente. Se o problema continuar, por favor tente reiniciar o app ou atualizar para a versão mais recente. Estamos à disposição para ajudar!

Hello, thank you for trying out our app. All recorded videos can be accessed from the “Recordings” section of your script. Unless the script or the video was manually deleted, your video should still be there. If you're still having trouble or would like further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@teleprompterpro.co, we’d be happy to help!
