Lost connections with Vgate Pro constantly slow connection times.
No support
I was getting app support from Lee in the fall of 2025 and then he suddenly stopped responding to emails. I can only assume the app is no longer active. This is unfortunate as the app really seemed to be promising.
Great potential, no support
I really believed in the potential of this app. I was testing it and emailed support. Lee answered once and was very helpful but then I couldn’t get him to respond to the next three attempts to reach them. I’m left to believe the app is no longer supported.

Downloaded this over a year ago and have used it for more or less every drive since! Whether that be a road trip or a B road bash! So handy to keep an eye on temps and other valuable info which would usually be a pain to find! It’s all just there on your CarPlay screen! It’s a dream! Super easy to read important info at a glance and customisable to your hearts content!
Couldn’t go without it now!

Great for keeping an eye on things
Always keep this on my screen to keep and eye on certain things like temps and voltage.
The team behind the app are brilliant, always on hand to answer any questions, take feedback well and try to implement your thought into the app to make it a much better experience to use.

Great app with a super fast refresh rate
Couldn’t be happier. Does exactly what I need it to do.
Öltemperatur VW, AUDI, … geht leider immer noch nicht
Eigentlich eine tolle App. Läuft bei mir stabil und die Meldungen beim überschreiten von selbst definierten Grenzwerten sind auch eine echt tolle Idee - der interessanteste Wert für mich ist die Öltemperatur. Der wird bei Fahrzeugen des VW Konzerns aber leider nicht ausgelesen.
App crashes
The app used be perfect. It was my go to OBD2 scanner and was always on my CarPlay. However, since IOS 18, the app crashes as soon as it connects to my OBD2 reader, rendering useless. This happens with or without a subscription.
Carplay Support
The application is handy, and I use it almost daily on my 2023 Subaru WRX, but I wish you could add gauges instead of numbers. It will be more appealing and useful, specifically with the Car portrait screen.

Boost only measures to 22.3psi
Love the fact this works through apple carplay - just a real shame the boost pressure only goes up to 22.3psi

Boost bar maxes at 1.5 bar. My car runs 3bar and this didn’t go up to 3bar.

More PIDs please
So far it seems very promising but just missing some PIDs. I have paid the subscription but it doesn’t really feel like you get much extra. Are you able to add a vehicle selector? Or at least add exhaust gas temperature and transmission temp would be great. Lots of people in Australia with diesel 4x4 will jump on this if those mentioned above were available. Anyway gonna hang around while this gets developed and hopefully more PIDs get added then this will be a powerful tool.

Hi there , I bought a Bluetooth 5.0 OBD2 scanner for faster data transmission and less power consumption , but it won’t connect with your app. Will you support Bluetooth 5.0 in the near future ?
Almost Awesome
It works, but I wish it supported more PIDs. Don’t get me wrong this app shows readings on my car screen with some of the desired readings. I would love to see the Air/Fuel Ratio supported if it did I’d give it a 5.
