What's New in OnTracx
3.5.3
October 15, 2026
NEW: See what drives your load Your load model now lives in the Profile tab. For each factor (speed, uphill, downhill, cadence, distance, surface and your shoes) you see how much harder or softer your average step lands, and how your own running is spread across that factor. Slide or tap through the graphs to explore. The model also shows what it's built on: your runs, your screening, or both. A factor that still needs more data is marked "Early estimate". Not unlocked yet? The app shows what you need: 3 runs with your OnTracx sensor and about 34 minutes of running. Already there? One more sensor run, synced to the app, builds your insights a few minutes later. NEW: Follow your planned workout live When you start a run, pick today's session from your plan, another session from this week, or a free run. During the run you see the block you're in, the distance or time left in it, what comes next, and whether you're on your target pace (within 10 seconds per km either way, the same margin your Garmin watch uses). Your phone vibrates at every block change. You can also tap "Start workout" on a planned session to begin from there. NEW: The Program tab is now Plan, and it's rebuilt • Browse your plan by week or by month. • Open a session to see each block with its target pace, plus the effort profile of the whole workout. Walk, jog and run blocks use the same colours your coach sees in OnTracx Pro. • After a run, tap "Mark as done", link the run you did, or confirm or undo a run the app linked for you. A linked run shows how closely you matched the plan. • Runs outside your plan show up as grey dots in the calendar. • Pull down to refresh. IMPROVED: Your next workout on Home Your next planned workout has its own card on the Home tab. Tap it to open the session. NEW: All your lab sessions in one place Go to Settings → Lab sessions for every screening, lactate and intervention test you've done. You'll also find them per practice under Connected professionals. Open any report in the app and share it. FIXED: Shoe health shows your shoe's real distance If your shoe already had kilometres on it when you added it, the shoe health graph still started at zero, so the shoe looked like it had run far less than it had. The graph now follows the shoe's total distance, with the stretch before you added it drawn in grey as an estimate. The usage bar shows which part was recorded on your runs in OnTracx and which part you entered yourself. Your remaining distance was already right and doesn't change. To correct how far a shoe had already run, go to "Edit this shoe".
