App worked fine until this new update that now plays noisy ads. Please get rid of them!
Needs sleepscore and more practical apps
No response when submitted feedback in the app. It needs sleep score to represent sleep quality. Needs more practical apps like compass, notes/reminder. Needs option for day in week for DND. Needs ability to design watch face by each component (i.e. clock hands, data fields, functions, background). Hope you consider these enhancements to improve user experience and further sales.

yes good but wish it had the feature to not reset randomly also why cant we install more games
so it’s probably just my watch but the apps good but my only deal is one it resets randomly somtimes and 2. I cant intall more games or apps so if you guys can please make that a thing
Nice app but…
The app have nice but generic features. The only downside I have is that I am limited to the presetted apps for the notifications. There is a “other” option but it doesn’t work. So no iOS mail app notifications options, nor any installed but not preconfigured app I have.
iOS Notification Issue with Xinji C1
I’ve been using the Xinji C1 smartwatch with OnWear Pro on my iPhone (iOS 18). Call notifications work perfectly, but message and app notifications (like WhatsApp and Messenger) don’t appear on the watch. I’ve already checked all permissions, reinstalled the app, reconnected the watch, and updated the firmware. The same watch works flawlessly on Android. Please fix this iOS notification issue in the next update — the watch is great otherwise!

Taking the watch off
I took the watch off for a moment and all data was lost- back to initial startup “bind to phone” screen. Is that normal?

No matter how many times I have tried.. this app just keeps repeating what’s needed for password numbers and letters and it refuses to move on! I haven’t even had it on my wrist😡 NO THANKS!

I have the app and have connected my watch before but something happened and my watch got disconnected

Watch is great
The watch itself is great. But I had my alarm set on it and it deleted it and now the app won’t let me set a new alarm and the watch won’t either.

Watch not App
The app is fine but my watch sometimes randomly claims that I’ve burnt 5000 calories in two minutes and it’s annoying.
Screen unresponsive
Some sections of the screen are unresponsive since the upgrade, only on this app.

My watch is not showing messages. I have tried all the troubleshooting. I’m not sure where to go so may just return the watch.
Heart rate tracker wrong
Heart rate is off by 10-20 Beat per min. Always. The Blood oxygen monitor has disappeared. Better watches put there For fitness
Don't upgrade firmware
App upgraded watch firmware. After re-opening after succesful upgrade, my settings, eg watch face, exercise push listings, were lost. History lost on connected phone.
It’s ok
Just got the watch and was having issues with the bind after I already bind the watch because the time or date wasn’t accurate. After I reset the watch then went into my Bluetooth and forgot the device then repaired everything worked perfectly so far.
Pro watch
The watch is advertised as having over 100 watch faces pre-installed but that is INCORRECT . Mine came on 5/424 with only 4 faces and even using the app. you can only choose from a few more! DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING which I will be reporting on Amazon- but a decent watch.
Time does not adjust thru time zone changes.
Does not adjust for time zones nor daylight savings time. I’ve tried everything. Disappointing
Only few watch face
The watch is look nice but the app really poor with really poor watch face design and moat of them is not showed the battery life. Nice watch but poor app design
