Worked great til it didn’t
I didn’t mind the occasional connection drops, considering the price of the device. However, now it will not connect to the app so I am update the time. Went through all the recommended steps and nothing. Maybe they stoped supporting this watch. Disappointed.
Does not load
I’ve been trying to add my smart watch to this app and each time I create the log in info it kicks me out and I have to start again. Unable to use the watch since I can’t add it to my device. Please assist
Frustrating
I have had this watch for a while. When it worked it was great! The app now has crashed. Cannot login to get things reset. To check on anything. Very frustrating to have an item can’t use because of app. Please fix.
Issue with IOS 18.1
After upgrading my IOS to 18.1 when I open the app and type my username the app closes unexpectedly.
Connection
Why does it constantly loose connection? This has been ongoing since I bought the watch some features fail to work altogether!

Heart rate
Over the past couple of months it will not track my heart rate anymore. It say’s I’m not wearing the watch while it is clearly on my wrist.
Watch won't connect
my watch wont connect at all, ive tried to connect it but it just shows a loading thing and never actually connects.
Error
It used to work fine but now it will send a message that reads “error cocoa 500”. It won’t register my workouts ir steps. It does sync to the watch but nothing registers.
Cannot manually add steps
I got this watch to track my fitness journey. I walked three miles today and it picked up no steps. You cannot manually add steps unless I’m missing it somewhere. It seems to not pick up basic activity

Won’t stay connected to phone
I do like this watch and design yet it won’t stay connected to watch nor does guid have trouble shooting so may try another watch from different place. Really disappointed
The app crashes all the time
The app crashes every single time I try to open it. So the watch cannot be synchronized.

Cannot connect device to phone anymore
If your watch battery dies it disconnects from your phone and will not reconnect. While it is connected, the app and watch features are decent. But what’s the point of the app if you can’t connect to the device??
App timing out
The app isn’t working for me at all. Every time I try to login it kicks me out. I tried to create a new account and it still wouldn’t work. Help!
Bugs
Can’t log in. App says I need to re-register because the app has iterated some features but every time I click the button to that and log in again, it gives me the same error message
App won’t open
Love my watch but the app this app will not stay open for me to do anything at all. It worked for the longest time but then all of a sudden just quit. I can’t change my watch face or anything. Most of the time my texts won’t come through either. Would love for some feedback on what I can do to fix this. Because I really love my watch :((

Unable to update. Unable to set time no time/date coming up in settings sent watch back
Firmware Update Terminated
I was happy with the app until I started getting the firmware update notification, now it’s stuck in a loop. I press to confirm update, it tries to update, then I get update terminated alert and it starts all over again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that does not fix the issue. Think it’s time to just go buy the real deal.

Same Issue as Described in Other Review
I too just received my watch and had the same issue with the firmware update as mentioned in the other review in which I select “confirm”, it begins the update process then say “firmware update terminated”. My daughter has had the same watch for about a year with no issues. I hope a fix can be found.
