Please update 2D-3D transition!
I love so much about this app. I have used it religiously this past year hunting elk. But there are some MAJOR quirks that should be ironed out. If you use this like I have, you will understand why these are hellish quirks. When you are in the field in a remote area, no service, and exhausted, trying to traverse some intense backcountry- having the map shift back to its normal position is maddening. Re-opening reorientates the map and it is frustrating ESPECIALLY when you’re hiking 12+ hours. Why can’t it pick up from the same angle you left it??!
And the other even MORE annoying and frustrating part is when you are in 3d trying to adjust your angle and go to far it shifts into 2D and force reorients the map as well??? Devs- I beg of you to look into this and fix it. It would be GOLD after that. These issues although somewhat minor, have had a major impact on my overall enjoyment of the other awesome parts of the app.

So far a great app.
So far it’s a great app, found out the hard way not to edit a glitch on one of my hikes. But customer service got back to me quite fast which i didn’t expect.
Owners not updated
When land changes hands owners not updated. How can this be made more efficient? Property lines inaccurate in my experience.

I was having trouble with my onX Hunt app and was told by onX help that they would never take my calls etc. moving forward. Does that sound like an app you would want? 2 much better hunting apps 1. Spartan Forge & CalTopo. Those two run circles around onX.

Poor service from onX
I own farmland, I am not a hunter myself , but I support those that do hunt. I use onX for its measuring tools on my land to benefit wildlife habitat on my acreage. I have found onX impossible to get answers from on questions that I have on my account due to their AI management. Their company is a 3 legged operation. 1 is onX 2 is the hunter 3 is land owners. Without number 3 1 & 2 are in a bind. I have found the impossible to reach through their AI management. There are answers for hunters on drop down lists but nothing for landowner or accounts, unless one wants to upgrade tones account. onX spends too much effort on hunting & too little on service for the customers the other 2 legs. They need to change priorities so that everybody is a winner.

Paid for subscription. Didn’t get access.
I paid for a yearly subscription of 1 state and I cant use this app. 1 out of 10 times it will work and the rest it says to upgrade but when I go to upgrade, it says I already have a membership but won’t show me any details. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still doesn’t work. I’m at a loss.

Outdated Maps
Satellite maps are outdated. Unable to plan hunts effectively because maps are sometimes 5+ years old and don’t reflect current plant growth. Old satellite maps show clear cuts with early succession when actually location is maturing trees. Onx - update the maps!!
False property lines
The app is not even close to 100 percent accurate we had some logging company come on our property because on x property lines showed them there we had to call the cops because they were going by on x hunt we even showed them the survey pins unreal so be careful!!!!!!!
Only app I hunt with!
OnX Hunt is a great app and very handy to have in the field. The maps, property boundaries, and location features are easy to use and make planning a hunt much easier. Definitely a useful tool for any hunter!

Off by 50-75’
I trialed this a year ago and was right on the money … then I did a 1yr subscription last month and it’s ridiculously off - significantly. Basically it’s just a landowner name look up which I could get for free on the county his - can’t trust it to be accurate where it counts … when you think you’re within land boundaries and it turns out you’re not.
