VERY BAD APP AND WORST REWARD PROGRAM
This whole thing is useless, they don’t care about their loyal members, no credibility, they don’t reply to message or even emails, no recorded of your points, no care to solve urgent problems nor urgent issues…
I no longer book with them nor stay with them, if they don’t care about their customers then they don’t deserve to get their money…
Advice don’t waste your time or money with useless services and careless management.

You can’t even register…
Don’t get me started on the UI it is a real problem. No autofill parameters to work with modern systems and there are hidden links in the terms and conditions toggle that make you have to completely start over.
I finally sign up and I never got a register email and now the app does not recognize my newly created account.
I just have 2 questions; who did the quality control on this app and how is it more convenient?

App needs LOTS of work
Sign in as member and continually prompts you to become a member.
Select Hotel and then makes you scroll thru all the Hotels again to select the hotel of choice.
Select stay dates and it then automatically chooses a date a week later.
The confirmation screen does not show you stay dates so you do not know the app automatically selected a different date.
Once you click you have guaranteed payment for wron date.
I have stayed at Amari, Ozo and SHAMA hotels thru Thailand and this app will make me avoid them or place booking a different way.
