I wish more app writers had a sense of humor like this. It's fun, doesn't take itself too seriously, and is the perfect length as a kids bedtime book. More from this app writer please!

This is a really sweet, short story with lots of interactivity- sound effects, stars lighting up, comets streaking through the sky kind of fun. The playground mode is super fun and both playground mode and the comet scene I think are great for visual motor tasks such as tracking- In the comet scene if you tap them they will shoot off into the distance- you can stay on the page for as long as you want. The black background makes for good contrast as well. My only issue is the buttons are so tiny- I would love to see bigger buttons to navigate the pages, and a "jump to" feature in case a child just wants to play with the comets or other scenes in the story.

My four year old loves this app. She likes to explore and follows the story while playing. A great app for any kid! I'm warm!

My toddler students love this story book. Everytime I tell my students its story time, they all run around yelling Oobi, Oobi!!! It's a wonderful education and entertaining book. Even my son loves it! His favorite is Oobies play ground. I would give this Oobie a 10

My 4 and 6 year old sons were laughing uncontrollably this morning when they were playing with Oobie on the "playground". Cute book and fun for the kids. Great that it is free with no ads popping up all the time! I'd love to see more like this! Maybe Oobie's undersea adventure or Oobie on safari. :)

Oobie is Awesome!
This is one of the best FREE children's story apps I've seen. Perfect for very young children who want to touch and move things around... great fun for grown ups too! Can't recommend it enough. :)
