I hate everyday app update!!! Why so many updates??? So annoying, I want to use the app for network reset and payment it asks for new update! EVERYTIME can you make one update a year! It’s annoying annoying annoying annoying

Initially it was easier to activate the roaming pack before you travel. Now, as a corporate customer, they require the authorized person to write a letter to the Ooredoo management to activate the services.
Amazing way to drive sales away. Imagine if you have an early morning flight and you find about this on the evening before the flight, when do we write to get permission for a 7 day holiday. ?

Low Quality Sim Card
Sim Quality is very low….. If we change more than 5 or 6 times SIM card not detecting by phone, Again charging 5 KD for Same sim no. Pls. Make good SIM card quality ….. Other sim companies sim more than 10 years also no issues….
