Updates are always through the app

THE ONLY APP I HAVE ON MY PHONE THAT DOESN’T SEND UPDATES THROUGH THE APP STORE AND DOES OT THROUGH THE APP WHICH IS NOT SAFE!

Uninterested Sales team.

Initially it was easier to activate the roaming pack before you travel. Now, as a corporate customer, they require the authorized person to write a letter to the Ooredoo management to activate the services.
Amazing way to drive sales away. Imagine if you have an early morning flight and you find about this on the evening before the flight, when do we write to get permission for a 7 day holiday. ?
