Ootlah Activities & Restaurant
A great place to start planning going out. I like how it shows around the activities all in one place with a good deal. Unfortunately some activities are sold out anf most of restaurants deals are sold out too but the one issue that you can’t filter out available or sold out deals. Looking forward to seeing improvements on app technical issues as I believe if the creators puts more efforts into app tech developments, Ootlah app will out exceeds top ranking apps among GCC areas. Keep it up.

Double check before u book
This was my first time using Ootlah, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
I purchased two tickets through the app for OliOli, but when I arrived, the venue was unable to verify my booking. The staff were not familiar with the app, and I was left waiting while they tried to figure out the issue.
To make matters worse, the app only provided one ticket (the toddler ticket), even though I had purchased two tickets. As a result, I had to pay again for the second ticket at the venue.
The situation was stressful and embarrassing, and I felt like I had to prove that I had made a legitimate booking. What should have been a fun family outing turned into a frustrating experience.
I hope Ootlah improves its booking system and coordination with its partners so that other customers do not face the same issue.

طلبت ودفعت ويوم جيت احاسب قالوا متعطل !! ولي يومين ارسل لهم ايميلات عشان يرجعون لي فلوسي محد رد علي وانا دافعه مرتين في التطبيق وعند الكونتر وش هالأستغلال !! عندكم عطل ردوا علي طيب رجعوا لي فلوسي

التطبيق غير معتمد وحراميه للاسف نصبو على 500 ريال ولي اكثر من 4 شهور ارسالهم ولا احد يرد وفوق كذا يحذفو التقيمم على تطبيق ابل ستور وهذا احتيال .. لايوجد لهم اي طريقة تواصل والايميل ما حد يرد عليه اطلاقاً .

تم الشراء بقيمة 500 ريال ولم تصدر تذاكر الباركود ولا يوجد لهم رقم للتواصل فقط ايميل وتم مراسلتهم اجثر من 5 ايميلات ولم يتم الرد اطلاقاً .
لذا وجب التحذير للجميع

الموقع فيه مشاكل تقنيه ؛ يخصم المبلغ ولا يصدر التذكرة وبعدها تتواصل معهم ما يردوا ولو ردوا يعيدوا اصدار التذكرة بدلا من رد المبلغ حتي بعد احتياجك للتذكرة ؛ من الاخر بيروح عليك المبلغ ولا بتلقي رد
