GOAT baseball sim
There’s nothing remotely close to this out there for us hardcore baseball nerds. This game is a dream come true for us. For a game this complex, I can’t stand idle and watch people leave negative review for a few minor and typical bugs. This game is outstanding, I've been playing since inception and they keep getting better, improving UI/UX, introducing new features. Thank you OOTP and keep it up.

Perfect franchise mode
No game has ever gotten so close to the perfect franchise mode like this one. 2k and madden don’t compare and there’s no other phone game even close. If you want a realistic franchise experience, and enjoy the strategies of baseball, this is the game to try.
Fun baseball experience
As someone who doesn’t have a ton of time for console or PC games, this is such a fun and worthwhile app to have. No, it isn’t the full desktop experience, but for a mobile game, it’s packed full of features. Must have for any baseball fan.

The ability to join dailies when away from my computer is nothing short of amazing. I’m not sure if you guys even read these but PLEASE PLEASE keep mobile development on the roadmap for next year 🙏🏽
Super fun, doesn’t crash
The best mobile baseball strategy app, bar none. And I’ve played a full season already, and it hasn’t crashed once. Highly recommended.
Question for developers—transfer seasons from ‘22 version?
I generally have liked the 2022 version—though it would get occasional 3d errors. I just would hate to have spent money on the previous version to not be able to access them here.

I really hope they continue to release this thing, it is unbelievable how much of the pc game they were able to give us.
What Happened
What happened. This version is so buggy and the on field action is horrible in this version. First basemen’s are off the bag getting a throw from other infielders, outfielder running through fences and disappearing, balls hit way foul and are base hits. That just to name a few. And really it’s basically the same game as last years, nothing new except the bugs. I’m beginning to think that this is just a money grab. Kind of disappointing.

Great Baseball Game
I also do not understand all the criticism. I’ve never had an issue with this game and absolutely love it! It takes me back to my days of playing Strataomatic baseball. One question I do have is there any chance that when you play back historical seasons you could also have historical stadiums? Currently playing the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers and would love to see what it’s like with their games at old county stadium!

honestly dont understand the hate and low ratings
this is great for what its worth even though the paywall for historical seasons and the current season is annoying the ability to play custom leagues for free cancels out the paywall issues, and even though crashing while playing games and sometimes out of them might be a little annoying I have been able to get by them quitr easily and irdk y people are complaining about the crashing

Please fix crashes
I have been a fan of OOTP for a long time now and this version is simply unplayable with the frequent crashes. I cannot get through more than a couple innings at a time before getting memory management errors. That’s when the game doesn’t outright crash that is. This has always been such a great game. Please take the time to fix the bugs in this version!!

Screen cut off on iPhone SE
I have an older phone but the game is still compatible with this device. I am frustrated that the game fits the screen perfectly until you reach the Box Score screen after a game. At that point, the left and right sides of the screen no longer fit. I’ve shrunk the font size to the smallest possible and it still does not fit. An update to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated for those of us with old/smaller phones!

Developers stopped caring
The game is amazing but as MANY people said it doesn’t handle memory at all. Last year and this year both had huge issues with crashing and saves corrupting. It’s clear that it’s simply a money grab at this point and the developers have no time for fixing their mistakes or anything that takes away from trying to scam people into buying a game, that while amazing, is unplayable due to the issues mentioned repeatedly.

Love the desktop version but …
I’ve been playing OOTP since it’s inception and the Apple Store version has been ok in the past … this year it’s buggy and nearly impossible to play. For example, the player search feature is inoperable making it impossible to search for league wide talent you’re considering in a trade. Making it worse is an inability to sort players on a league wide basis because of a zoomed in screen that allows you to only see 3 categories. You cannot search by overall or potential because you can’t see those columns.
It’s also missing the commissioner mode which allows you to force trades, adjust contracts, draft for more than your team, etc which was fun for creating a lot of what if? scenarios … what if the Padres didn’t trade for Juan Soto and had all the prospects they sent to the Nationals … create an all traded away team and see how they would do, etc.

"Memory problems"
Game is so much fun but crashes mid game on iPad mini4 due to lack of memory. I deleted everything but this game and still get crash or message. Pls fix this I can edit my rating then to a 5
Crashes way too much
For a game that crashes about once every hour, you’d think the developers would simply put an auto save feature in the game. I literally cannot get through a 9 inning game without the app crashing entirely. I recommend anyone reading this just plays the computer game. I would prefer to be able to just chill and play a simple version of this game anywhere, but it just simply crashes way too much.

Lost data 2 seasons in
Got into July of my 2nd season, managing every game, and half my team became “Jim Unknown” all of a sudden. Incredibly frustrating. Lot of hours wasted leading up to that.
Ok game
It’s pretty much just 23 again. Still a glitch where you can’t draft in franchise mode so you just run out of players eventually and crashes a lot. It’s ok.

Standings screen keeps going back to playoff screen on its own after starting second season

Constantly losing progress
The auto save doesn’t save nearly often enough. The game crashes frequently and you lose all your progress. After crashes erased an hour of progress on three occasions, I gave up. This has been a problem in previous years games. It’s baffling that they haven’t solved this yet. Don’t waste your time.
