Niko Niko’s is Fabulous
I always stop at NIKO NIKO’s for a tasty fresh Greek meal. I suggest you give it a try too 👋😊 always yummy and delicious. I get the hot dolmas, gyro plate, extra tzatziki sauce and a large Greek salad. Excellent 😊😊😊😊😊
One thing missing
I love Niko Niko’s, and I love the app. I have a mobility issue, so often someone else orders while I find a table. The app doesn’t have a way to go back and enter an order if my friends forget to get my loyalty code. If it was possible to enter something off a receipt, that would make this five stars.

The Best Greek American Food, on this side of the Pacific Ocean
Dimitris family as always made the most rich and delicious Greek American Food. Since, his Dad started, way back in the days, in the old neighborhood, that we all grow, (Dimitri’s and I - an old school friend).
Beyond Compare
I avoid eating some Greek foods at other Greek restaurants because my Mother’s food was beyond compare. I hosted a dinner party and most of the guests wanted pastitsio. Due to some mobility issues, I was not able to make it myself. I went ahead and ordered it from NikoNiko’s in The Woodlands. I tasted the pastitsio and was immediately taken back to my Grandmother’s and Mother’s table! It tasted just like theirs! The meat sauce had the perfect blend of spices and herbs and the bechamel was “beyond compare”! And if you think that dish is delicious, then you have to try the Mousaka!

Horrible
What an annoying app for trying to order food. First, get rid of the silly font that the app makes you type in, it’s difficult for entering in your log in credentials. Secondly, DONT FORCE ME TO HAVE A PROFILE TO ORDER. AND IF YOU DO, DONT ADD PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS. I don’t need to worry about the strength of my Niko Nikos password. Asinine. All around it just makes for a painfully difficult experience

Customer support?
Waiting on verification email (going on day 3)…. I can not resend codes and can not create a different signin since my number is associated with the unverified account. No way to contact tech or customer support either.
No Apple Pay or auto-populate stored credit cards
It is 2024. I shouldn’t have to manually enter credit card information into an app.

I loved the app! It is very friendly to use and loved the pictures! I ordered something that looked really good on the picture and that I have never had before.

Worst app on Apple
If I could give it a zero I would have but of course that isn’t allowed. The app forces you to do things and at the end of the process it doesn’t ALLOW. I have been loyal to Niko Niko’s since 1975 that is close to 50 years!! This app should be deleted!
New & Improved
The new update and features are so easy and great! Easy scan at the register for earning loyalty rewards. They send special information and everything!! I’m a Greek Freak!

This app does not work. If you want to order online you have to go to the website. Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It should be removed from the App Store.
Payment Card Does Not Work
When I attempt to save my payment card information, the app does not ask for 1)Name or 2)CVV number, therefore when it is time to place the order, the app creates an error and cannot process the payment.
When I attempt to place the order on their website, it asks for the payment card’s Name and CVV number, therefore it is able to process the payment.
