Keeps crashing on IOS devices.
Both Opal app on IPAD and IPHONE just shuts down when I attempt to check on the courses or click on the tabs. Makes it a overall difficult to use experience
Keeps crashing
While I appreciate the fact that I don’t have to keep signing in every time I close the app, The app keeps crashing before the page is loaded when I attempt an MLU on the app. The Website version on a laptop doesn’t have this problem. So I think the app is not able to support the mobile version of the MLUs itself. Hope this can be rectified so we can really use it on the go.
Update: 27 Jul 2024 If I can give it 0 stars I would. There is no point in having this app because it continues to crash. I’m deleting it. I will use the browser version for now until an Opal 3.0 comes out because this app takes long to load and keeps crashes and I have to keep reopening it again and again. Don’t waste your time on it anymore. I’m sad that it was a valiant effort but not worth keeping it on my device.
