Opaline: App Blocker & Focus

Opaline is an app blocker for the moments your thumb opens an app before you've decided to. Pick the apps that pull you in, then block them on a schedule, for a focus session, or for a full digital detox. BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS • Choose apps, categories and websites with Apple's Screen Time picker. • Create as many blocking rules as you need, free. • Schedules switch on by themselves, even when Opaline is closed. • A block screen appears when you open a blocked app, so the habit gets a pause. FOCUS SESSIONS • Start a focus timer for work, study or reading, or pick a preset. • Presets like Deep Study start with a deliberate press and hold, so a session is a choice, not a reflex. • Opaline Plus adds Hard Mode: a rule can't be paused, edited or deleted while it's running. DIGITAL DETOX • Take a break from your phone for 8 hours, a day, a weekend or 5 days. SEE YOUR SCREEN TIME • Today's screen time and your Focus Score on the home screen. • Nudges when a distracting app starts taking over your day. • A weekly Focus Report. STAY MOTIVATED • Streaks, focused hours and collectible gems for the sessions you finish. • See how your focus compares with other Opaline users. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Screen Time data stays on your iPhone. Apple's Screen Time framework doesn't show Opaline the names of the apps you block. Opaline is free to use. Opaline Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks Hard Mode and Allow-only rules. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage it in your App Store account settings.
