Better communication

Not sure if any of the info on the site is correct but I do know that the towing section isn’t correct. I’ve only been a union member for a year but I didn’t expect to be told the information for towing wasn’t in the system and denied help. So far I’ve been sitting in my car on a 90 degree day for 4 hours. I’m not happy with my OPEIU benefits because I’m not seeing them in action at the moment.

Works

Looks like the update from 1 month ago fixed the previous issues. Five years is a long time to without an update?! If not for this latest one I wouldn’t have bothered installing it at all. Just installed it now and everything is working fine. Having all of the info easily accessible is helpful and appreciated. I have iOS 15.6.
