Love this app but…
Love this app and probably use it every day but since it’s been updated with the advert at the beginning (which I don’t mind) my location can longer be found. I’ve checked and my location is definitely on in my settings. This means that on a long cruise I have no idea j how close the next locks, moorings, etc, are because I can’t see where I am.

Static Info getting outdated. Use with caution.
I like the app for navigating on the move. However, when a feature such as a water point is closed, it is still shown. There does not seem to be a mechanism for reporting these errors.
Amazing Source of Information for Canal Trip!
I was looking for interactive map that lays over Google Map for easy search of local facilities. This one is great! Thank you for developing and sharing this app.
Lacks a very important feature!
It’s a good app, but it lacks the ability to tell you your approximate ETA at a chosen point further up the canal, based on your current speed. This would be a very useful feature. Keep up at the back!

None of the latest CRT stoppages are listed. Data that is there is out of date.

ok but to many notices not updated regular enough to rely on months out of date and not corrected ever over last three years
Could easily be much better
Great app. Like that you can see waterways when you zoom out. Even more helpful if CRT notices could be updated more frequently?
Historical view year
Fantastic app the historical view is really really interesting, it would be really useful to know what year the historical map view is from.

Great app and used frequently on our canal cruises but you really need to update the Droitwich canal and the Droitwich barge canal as they have been open since 2011 and it shows not navigable on here.

Pretty good
After being on the network for 3 years I do find this is my go to app. CRT notifications are up to date which is great for closures (particularly on rivers) . Having said that, I do use in conjunction with the Canalplan AC for journey planning on my pc. Ultimately, any help is much appreciated navigating the network and free help is the best kind :) so, thank you!

Useful app for canal users
I was told about this app by a holiday maker from Holland of all places and I am very pleased he told me The app is impressive especially as it’s free I use it in conjunction with my Canel maps but only because I have them. If I go on a canal I’ve not got a book for, I’ll be just using the app. I really don’t think I’ll need another book I’m sure they’re improvements that can be made but I don’t know what they might be and I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to cruise the canals

Amazing level of detail and interest - seems to be exactly what we’re looking for on our retirement trip along the canals and rivers of England and Wales. Thank you so much - it looks like a real labour of love. P.S my daughter can’t believe this is free and salutes your developer for his spirit.

Really like this app, only thing that could be easier is distance, no easy way to calculate start and way point distance, also when you click on a bridge for instance a photo would be nice , however I really like it
