Keeps charging every time I use it even though I’ve subscribed.

This app is not recognizing that I have a subscription and it keeps charging me. I elected for the monthly subscription and it’s been less than a week and it has charged me 3 times. Whomever is in charge need to correct this issue asap and refund me please.

Overcharging

I signed up for the free trial and then signed up for a weekly membership only to be charged for several different plans and still not have access to the platform. Good product but horrible service
