I want a refund immediately

I just paid for the most advanced subscription and was charged and this app doesn’t work at all. I haven’t even gotten the bot to reply. I want a refund immediately. This is pathetic that the App Store is allowing this to be on here.

I just paid for this and it’s not working at all. I ask a question and it does nothing and there’s no phone number to get help just an email and they don’t get back to you I don’t recommend this app.

Repeating my question

When I tried to ask how to respond a specific question, it is telling me to answer the same way I have asked but using different words.
Example:
Why I want enter in the development program: the answer is you should starting saying why you would like to be part of the program.
It’s just repeating

El chat contesta de manera completamente ilógica y dice cosas que nada tienen que ver con la pregunta.
Les escribí pidiendo un reembolso tras 1 día de uso y NI SIQUIERA ME CONTESTARON.
Hay chats mucho más avanzados y gratuitos. No lo recomiendo a nadie, es una estafa sin más.

Ask couple questions and not even close

Try couple questions. Not even close for what i was looking for and we all know is a new AI but for the money im paying i believe i deserve at least better answer.

Very poor app

I recently purchased the PRO VERSION of this application and feel completely let down. It is poorly designed, buggy and not worth the money I paid. There are a lot of issues with the user interface and the overall experience is not smooth at all. I would not recommend this app as it is clearly very underdeveloped and not worth any money.

It is not possible to copy, select and paste text in this application.
