Open Home Go

Open Home Go is an internal IKEA mobile application designed to support co-workers when conducting home visits. The app helps simplifying documentation, making it easier to understand households and their everyday life at home. With Open Home Go, co-workers can record interviews, take photos, and capture notes directly during a home visit. All content is securely uploaded to the Open Home Admin Tool, where it can be transcribed and reviewed. If consent has not been provided in advance, co-workers can display a QR code in the app that households can scan to review and sign digitally.
