Shaping UPL’s Open Horizon experience – connecting employees with customers Inspired by our active engagement with our new GO GO GO Strategy, we are pleased to announce the creation of a project within the GO Customer Pillar in Europe. Specifically, this project is about: Getting closer to our customers to understand their real needs (by listening, learning and analyzing), and being present in their lives Getting to know our internal business reality – this includes both factories and markets processes, along with procedures and pain points from our farmers Could you imagine someone working in the office that never visited a client or factory? This is what our new project aims to do – bring our business reality closer to everyone. All members involved will have a digital passport in which they will be able to book their visits, engage with others, and much more! We are excited to offer this opportunity because we want to give all our office workers a chance to get an idea of the reality on the ground. Through this hands-on approach, they will also learn what is happening within the market and in the fields and how salespersons operate.
