Highly recommend If you’re an agent
This is the best app I’ve ever used with clients, honestly every time I host an open house I try my best to stay reserved, and of the way, just to let whoever’s at the showing get a feel for the area, but because of that I never have a segue into getting their contact info, or much information about them. I had a friend of mine mention the app and tried it a showing, just using the open kiosk feature, and oh my goodness it worked like a charm, everyone that came in just signed in took two seconds, and took the pressure off things since it’s just a simple “sign in” to them. And the copilot features work so well I was genuinely surprised at home many emails I got back from the follow ups it drafted. My response rate to the drafted emails is 77% which for those of you who many know, with open house leads that’s extremely high, and before I wasn’t even reaching out to them. I actually have multiple that may close for a few recent showings, and I owe it all to this “open house copilot” ! Highly recommend 11/10 thank you!
