Agonisingly Slow
This app could be great but it is agonisingly slow at loading absolutely everything! I end up just closing it and using the web browser instead.
Could be an excellent app, if it wasn’t incredibly slow!
PLEASE fix whatever is causing this app to hang for literal minutes loading course content! I find myself going to LMS in the browser instead because it’s faster.
Once the content’s actually loaded it’s a great app! Great functionality & looks good, mobile notifications work well.

So so slow
This app is so so slow it makes uni harder, it takes so long to load anything that it’s painful. I wouldn’t recommend this app currently

I can see the effort gone into this app - it would be getting a lot of 5 star reviews if the infrastructure wasn't so poor- the server keeps timing out, every time I click on something I get flashbacks to 2004 dial up internet. Pls fix the speed and I'm happy to change this review to 5 stars

This process helps a lot with hfc college. All works as expected with quick loading times.
APP does not work/load
When I open the app & click on my profile to open, all I get is a blank page loading. It’s been like this for a month, I can’t use the app whatsoever. Before this I couldn’t get to certain classes and other information, it would only show some of my stuff. I have to use the browser now to be able to complete my work. I even contacted the support that’s listed in the app and they weren’t helpful.

App crashes
The worst app I’ve ever used with lots of glitches, unexpected errors and finally crashes.

Just use your browser
If you are actually able to get logged in, the app functions enough to view some assignments, grades, etc. However, it’s incredibly glitchy and updates only seem to make it function worse. Logging in on your browser provides a much better experience than using this app. Trust the low ratings — this app isn’t worth your time.

Slow and laggy
This app is poorly designed, and does not work as intended. No matter my connection, it is extremely slow, and doesn’t load. Just use your browser, this app causes more harm than good.

I don’t even know why I downloaded this app knowing the reviews were bad.
App is terrible and won’t work
I have a iPhone 13 Pro with all the latest software and have the app currently up to date. It’s impossible to do the courses on. Everytime I open up the course menu it instructs me to rotate my device. Though matter what direction I move the device it remains stuck in this screen. It’s made it impossible to use and I have never experienced this in any other app in my 15 years of using iPhones.

I can actually do my work on the app and uploading my assignments are easier. Great job. Only thing id like is for it to come out on windows computers.

Terrible
Terrible. Extremely buggy, slow, at times nonfunctional. Erases your work on assignments without submitting. At every click (EVERY click) the screen blanks out and locks up for several seconds. It's a far better experience to just access Moodle through the browser. The code must be an inefficient mess. It's embarassing this program was released. Hard to even call it a computer program. I don't know how this is allowed on the app store. Zero stars.

Can’t even log in
It won’t let me log in and just gives an error code
Don’t update
I prefer the old update, as I use to be able to upload my HW through the app. But now I have to go though a lot more and I can’t see see my courses anymore. This current update is terrible, wish I could revert back to old update.

Good on IPhone but Broke on IPad
New update broke the app on Ipad. Can’t get past a loading screen.
