IMPROVEMENTS • Added a Share button to the action bar under every completed assistant response BUG FIXES • Fixed images generated by models that return base64 data URIs in the files array not showing in the app • Fixed "Show follow-up suggestions" setting not hiding already-stored suggestions when turned off • Fixed tapping citation links and web links in assistant messages doing nothing — taps now correctly open the in-app browser • Fixed very long assistant messages (a single giant paragraph or flat list) rendering completely blank • Fixed very long user messages rendering blank in the chat bubble — long text is now split into chunks to stay within rendering limits • Fixed hamburger menu button not responding to taps on its center and left side when the drawer was closed • Fixed newly opened chats landing mid-conversation instead of at the bottom when Markdown finishes rendering after the initial scroll settles • Fixed a memory leak where notification observers accumulated each time a chat was reconfigured and were never released after closing a chat • Fixed rendered message text reappearing after the view was reset — the markdown subject no longer replays its last value to new subscribers • Fix stale loading placeholder when Markdown content changes during parse • Fixed duplicate message views staying blank when two views requested the same Markdown parse simultaneously — all waiters are now notified when a shared parse finishes

Great Open WebUI Client

Big fan of this, rapid releases and it really does make the OWUI client on a phone sooo much better. Easy $10 to spend for me and I’m gonna do the same for my wife shortly too.

Good idea, but very buggy

When I bought the app originally I was quite happy with it. The field is just developing, bugs and other issues here and there are expected. But none of the last updates did for me what they suggested they would. Streaming still breaks, thinking / reasoning is wrongly displayed or breaks the stream entirely, and entire conversations vanish. Looks like as if this app needs a proper rewrite in its streaming engine.

Hello, sorry to hear you are experiencing such issues. I am actively working with individuals through github fixing this as it does not happen to the majority but specific models. I myself is unable to replicate the issue hence why i have to depend on the community to help fix this for such models. Regarding your suggestion about a rewrite, its already in works and i have started breaking it down completely and hopefully building a more robust system that can cover all edge cases. Lot of the early development was focused on performance which has been obtained so reworking the streaming engine would make sense. Thank you for all the support and i look forward to getting it all fixed! Please follow github for further progress as there is an ongoing issue thread related to this.

Great Overall! Server switching bugs

I love this app, and the only reason I remove one star is I am regularly switching between a local connection and a tailscale connection. It doesn’t seem to handle switching servers regularly very well. I will switch to the server I know I can reach, it hangs trying to connect, then I must switch back and forth before restarting the app. It would be nice if you could exit the switch server page without switching servers using a (X) in the corner (since it requires you to switch a server).
