Cannot register
Only accepting cell phones in Israel. Shame! Can you open it to take international cell phones?
Go to another bank
Never have I experienced a worse app. It’s buggy, crashes constantly, and doesn’t even work. The laziness on display is reason enough to make me regret joining this bank. They clearly don’t care. What’s worse, the app is essential if you need to update your phone number - proving that whoever is responsible for this is both lazy and stupid.

ID recognition not working
The camera ID recognition is not working, it is unable to identify the ID, making the whole account recovery process complex and primitive

The app doesn’t recognize my ID, and doesn’t offers an option to continue.

Don’t waist your time
Bad app! tried to scan more than 50 times from different phones and ipads!it Couldn’t verify the ID

The app can’t perform the basic function of scanning the ID card.

Can’t complete the sign-up process
I can’t complete the process of opening the account because when I scan my ID, the computer incorrectly scans the date of issue of the ID, and I can’t change it manually. I have tried about 10 times by now, and I keep getting the same problem. Useless, as now I have to go to the bank in-person.
No international number option to select
The bank says:

Only problem.. this App does not give you the option to choose an International number. It defaults to an Israeli local mobile number only. Either the bank is wrong or this App is broken.

Bad user experience
Can’t scan my ID, the instructions on how to scan are useless since even when following them, the app is not successful in scanning. It’s definitely the app, as I can easily scan with other apps.

Terrible application
Image recognition of ID card does not work. Application locks you in and the only way to get back to menu is to kill the app and re open.
Can't complete Phone number change
I Can't complete Phone number change, after number validation via SMS I get an error. With any international number I try.

ניסיתי מספר פעמים על מספר משטחים כהים, בתאורה טובה, לסרוק תעודת זהות מקורית (מחוץ לכיסוי שלה). לא הולך
