希望增加修改历史记录的功能，至少可以最后一次的对话内容。有时候模型输出不是希望的格式，目前只能一直删除一直生成直到命中，如果能修改会很方便。

My main use case when using opencat is for translation, as a replacement for the default translation app. So please add Vietnamese to the list.

一直在用，非常好用。更新模型也很及时。不过因为用的多，积累了很多对话内容。希望增加导出的功能，便于搜索特定内容。
Too many Bugs
1. Voice chat : Not working at all 0/10.
2. Chat default models: you can't change the default model for the chat. Use don't have less control over which model should appear in a chat. Let's say I added only Gemini keys but instead of showing just Gemini app shows other models which you can use like GPT etc. Very poor 2/10
3. In keyboard you can't modify Rewrite or Reply prompts. Not practical 6/10.

Self hosted
I self host my own AI server and this app works great, you just point it to your domain/IP of your server and that’s it. I use cloud based models on my server so most are extremely fast!!
Excellent and will hopefully get even better
Just what I’ve been looking for to have a native ios app to use with a self hosted MCP Google Search which Claude built for me. Can now use deepseek and all the others with web search functionality
Pro looks good, but no way to use my own API key on macOS (v2.80.0)
Nice UI, but Pro isn’t usable for my main need: using my own OpenAI API key. On macOS 26.0 (M1), OpenCat 2.80.0 (1700) shows “You need an API Key to use Pro,” yet there’s nowhere to paste one. Settings > General > Default Model only shows a “Cloud Plan Free Trial” popup; no “use your own key” option. I checked every tab (General, Pro, Cloud, Menubar, MCP), tried hidden clicks, menubar assistant, even set OPENAI_API_KEY at the system level — the app ignores it. The FAQ says it will use a local key by default, but this build doesn’t.
If BYO key isn’t supported on macOS anymore, please say so clearly before purchase. If it is supported, the input field is either missing or buried so well even a truffle pig couldn’t find it. I’ve contacted support and requested a refund for Pro, as I bought it specifically for BYO key. Happy to change this review if it gets fixed or documented.

Where did the non cloud options go?
After the most recent uodate, as of this review, using your local LLM with this app is impossible. No model outside the cloud platform is selectable in anyway. I can validate the providers source but I can’t then select those models. Very disappointing as I just got used to using this app.
