About

OpenCircle Men provides free mental wellness resources, self-care tools, crisis guidance, and support-focused education with no ads, paywalls, or subscriptions. The app is designed for men who want a stigma-free place to reflect on stress, loneliness, grief, pressure, and the parts of life that are often minimized. It is not therapy or crisis care. It offers simple tools and trusted links users can explore at their own pace. What you can do: - Read plain-language mental health education. - Use practical self-care tools for stress, isolation, pressure, and emotional reset. - Participate in moderated Weekly Circle reflections after guideline review. - Access 988 call, text, and chat crisis guidance. - Connect Apple Health for on-device wellness summaries such as steps, active energy, exercise minutes, and sleep when permission is granted. - Send feedback or contact support. - Open external donation pages for men's mental health organizations. - See that optional supporter options are deferred to a later update. OpenCircle Men is free to download and use. There are no ads, no paywalls, no subscriptions, and no active in-app purchases in this launch build. Mental health tools, crisis guidance, safety information, self-care tools, Circle guidelines, and external charity/resource links are not locked behind payment. Donation links open official external charity or partner pages in Safari, and OpenCircle does not process charitable donations or donor payment data inside the app. OpenCircle Men does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, emergency care, crisis counseling, or crisis monitoring. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the U.S., call, text, or chat 988 for crisis support.
