Built for the bay floor, it helps invited workshop staff open assigned jobs, talk inspection findings into the job card, capture condition evidence, and keep repair orders moving without switching back to the full desktop workflow. With Openhood Mobile, technicians can: - sign in securely with technician mobile access - view assigned jobs and job details - complete inspections from the workshop floor - use voice-assisted inspection capture while work is happening - add notes, photos, condition evidence, and job updates - access workshop inbox updates - restore secure mobile sessions with device biometrics - keep the service desk, advisor view, and job card in sync Openhood Mobile is intended for authorised workshop staff whose workshop already uses Openhood.
