What a garbage company is this?!! We got stuck with this poor company in Canada, no more ADESA , No more Mannheim.. only garbage!! Who is looking for an easy money to grab. Stupid management!!
Needs to be better
For a company that runs nationwide, this is a not a good app. Most annoying part of all is that it logs me out at random times.

Use less and not user friendly design
This app is really useless. We used to be very happy with the old app. I don’t know why the reason they operate to this version is not absolutely user-friendly. Very hard to navigate between menus doesn’t have Auction track and location for the cars. I wish we switch back to the old app.

Not as good as the old marketplace app
Miss the old app, we don’t get notifications when a vehicle is in the lane or 5/10 runs away in simulcast. We can no longer see where a vehicle is on the map as well. Can we get these added to the open lane app?
Riddled With Problems
Embarrassing how glitchy and flawed this app is. One error after another. When you consider we’re dealing with millions of dollars they should be as ashamed.
Complete trash
This app is garbage, too many times I think I’m higher bidder but the bid never updates and someone else gets the car. With the amount of fees we pay you’d think they could afford an app that works.
Stabilitiy,user experience
Glitchy, logs you out after the update like we are in 00s. after log in it catches error and you have to restart the app
Randomly logs you off so when you need to have a bid you gotta log in 3 times (not 1) before it lets you in
No filter for above 200kkm vehiclesmake it at least a bar up to 300k
No filter in simulcast for sort from grade low (only high) inconvenient on a large search
Whenever having a bad cell connection it doesnt let you know in advance that app doesnt have a good ping, instead you „bid” to yourself and after 30sec the car is gone and noone saw your bid
Please make like a live time sensitive counter for ping like in games so you actually see your connection when needed
Plus in general: come on people, you live in 2026 you are huge company you take enormous fees to run/buy/sell/check the car
And you cant make stupid filters amd sw stable. Im not asking to be apple, but please use it yourself or give to someone who never experienced the app to buy a car and them sell it on your platform

You added market guide and then deleted because you charge extra for it now, so at least clean it up eh?
Simulcast live became a little better, im not saying its good, but at least there is a progress. Not user friendly but after week or 2 you get used to it, at least its stable(from laptop, need to check how it works from phone)
Just overall, please hire a SW team with normal budget , ui/ux guys

You think for a company that generates millions of dollars a year would actually make an app that works more than 20% of the time.
A Downgrade
They had a great app before and now it just gets worse and worse. Makes you genuinely not want to use it at times. Please fix these bugs or just bring it back to the old system.
To may bugs
App has too many issues, after looking at my inventory sold that was marked picked up I can only see cars from sold over one year ago, anything recently sold / marked picked up disappears completely.
Market value never works from the app only from the PC, will bring me to the screen and come back with no search results on any car I look up
Am really getting full value out of my Pro subscription… don’t recommend this platform it’s not what it once was, will be moving over to Eblock

From bad to worst
Very bad business. They will not protect you as a buyer. You Will lose your shirt doing business with them. Forget about arbitration even Green Light cars. It will take weeks of fighting ….and you will lose.
