About

OpenLane is a focused swim-training companion for the pool, built for swimmers who want real training structure without the noise. 1. Track every swim - Log workouts from your phone or right from your wrist with the Apple Watch app - laps, distance, stroke count, pace, and heart rate, synced automatically through Apple Health. 2. Train with structure - Pick a workout from the built-in library, or build your own from a target distance, duration, stroke and equipment. Workouts are generated around your own personal pace profile - your real seed times for each stroke, not a generic plan. 3. See your progress -Review each swim's main set against your target pace, track heart rate through the workout and follow week-by-week trends over time. 4. Stay consistent -A streak calendar and weekly challenge keep you honest about how often you're actually getting in the pool. 5. Built for the pool, not just the phone -The Apple Watch app runs the whole workout- start, pause, resume, and log, so your phone can stay in the locker. Send a workout to your watch before you get in, or build one from scratch on the fly. 6. Share your work -Turn any logged swim into a shareable summary card. 7. Your data stays yours -Workouts and swim logs sync privately through your own iCloud account. OpenLane's developer never has access to them. Health data stays in Apple Health, under your control. So, Sign in with your Apple ID or email to get started!
