Has Never worked: keep trying man, its a cool effort
Have been trying to use this for a couple months, it just never works :( Awesome interface and concept, i have it setup correctly (developer has good setup instructions), and it claims to queue up tracks to play (Inever downloads, nor streams/plays), but it has Never uttered a sound since Day 1. BUT developer has created a great interface and concept, and openmusic server and fetching works great, it just Never has played a single song. I will keep it installed and updated, because i know developer put some decent work into this …

App streaming/downloading should be functional as of the latest update, but if you're still having issues you can get private support by emailing help@openmusic.app. The app is also open source at https://github.com/OatsCG/Openmusic, and you can personally test capabilities at https://create.openmusic.app.
Downloads don’t work
Downloads haven’t worked since launch which is really the main point of the app so :(
