Unusable interface
This app has made browsing impossible. The ads are way too sensitive; even a basic scroll up or down triggers an external browser link. It feels intentional and makes looking for restaurants a chore. Please fix the hitboxes on your banners so we can actually use the app without being redirected every five seconds.

Found a new gem
I’ve used openrice in hong kong before so I’m really glad it’s finally here in the PH! This app is very convenient and useful especially when I want to search for resto details such as contact number and address, plus I use it for table reservations (it’s free btw). I like that they also have videos on the app from real users — so you know that it’s really genuine reviews. 5 stars for me!

每次點進去要搜尋餐廳就跳一次廣告，然後要看餐廳評價又跳廣告，很躁。
Worse app ever
I don’t usually write review but this app is so bad that I took time to put this here. The ux and performance is so bad and make it so unusable. Stop trying to play video of the restaurant.
Bug in app
I found a bug in your app after I update the app: when I press the share button and send a link to my friends through WhatsApp, they found that they can only receive a picture rather than the link of the restaurant and the corresponding appointment. Please ask your IT to fix it.

too much Ads and the app layout is so bad
i’m sure you charged the business show user less ads pls. also the layout going back and forth is still buggy. with your buggy transition and we still have to watch another ads
Why so many ads???
I haven’t even clicked into the first restaurant and I’m already seeing three ads popping up. I just want to check the restaurant but I am forced to click into 3 different ads in the way what is going on??? It’s ok to have ads but please do some control because it is GREATLY HINDERING THE USER EXPERIENCE THANK YOU.

不可以上負評,肯定是收了錢不能給負評推高垃圾餐廳的分數,呢個app 可信度極低 正評90%是打手
Useless foodie app
每次寫食評都要等批核。覺得店舖貴，無禮貌，唔好食等等，就話嚴重指控，有法律風險乜乜乜咁，即係淨係接受好評啦，不如直接寫明食評淨係接受好評，唔接受差評啦。寫食評咁多限制已經好唔user friendly，仲要咁，真係見到都心煩。分區搜索又難用，垃圾app一個，我喺Google search仲好，唔洗download多舊垃圾。已刪。
This app only accepts good comments. No bad comments are allowed including experience price, rude attitude, bad taste for that restaurant otherwise the app said u will need to bear the legal risk balabala. Bad design in the search function and comment. As a result, removed the app already.

Great app with lots of potential
The app is well built and clear made by a big company with the users in mind 10/10 would recommend. You might need to call the restaurants tho to confirm your reservation after booking on the app
不太容許對餐廳寫負評😑
有一家餐廳的服務態度很差，差到我第一次要在openrice寫負評，但openrice拒絕批准我的負評，代表這個app給的rating根本就不能相信。
食評寫 OK / 差評都話有誹謗風險
每次寫食評都要過評審，然後又話你誹謗又話你犯唔知乜法，一大堆。我覺得店舖貴，無禮貌，等等，都唔得。搞到用app人咁勞氣，咁咪以後唔寫囉。寫食評個介面已經非常唔好用。唔怪得最近發現好多店舖食評都係幾年前寫，已經無最近既食評，亦無最近既照片，睇唔到最新menu&價格。咁樣搞，個app已經變得無乜用，莫非係想逼人用點評？個訂位服務又唔係必須既。買外賣又唔需要用到佢。搜餐廳成日就俾離開我最遠果間排第一俾我睇，分區搜索又係好難用，已經無用佢既原因。再見，已刪。
Always censor OK/bad reviews. The user interface is poorly designed and difficult to use. Searching for a particular dish is useless, as the app would always return the results showing restaurants that are located furthest from where I am, there is no option to sort by distance, trying to narrow down by location is hopelessly fidgety. For all this app’s functionalities (restaurant booking, food ordering, reviews and photos) there are better options elsewhere, and there is no need to have all these options together in one place. Therefore, I am deleting this app.

The service is great!
I totally loved the options provided and I also loved the kind staff. The apps works quite fluently and I also would highly recommend this platform!
Reservation not found after submission
I tried to make reservations for an important celebration via OpenRice app twice on separate dates. After I submitted the reservation, the page showed it’s successful, but then I later found my reservations not even exist. Luckily I found this out before the dinner date. Very poor user experience.
