Unsafe electronic lock

This locking device is not safe. Late one night, two men who looked like thieves opened the door of our store with their mobile phones. It seems that any email address can be registered and entered into our system at will. So, the police came at that time. I don’t understand why strangers can open our door at will. Therefore, this device is not safe.

Won’t stay logged in

It used to keep me logged in for weeks and sometimes even months before making me log back in again. I even have “remember me” thing checked but now it logs me out if I don’t use the app within the last 5 minutes and maybe not even that long

App is stuck in loading screen, it will not open my account. Not sure what to do at this point.

3 years no bug fixes

We keep having issues on two different iPhones one iPhone can’t set a PIN code for a user longer than 4 digits or select time setting per user. If they view any user it deletes removing all but the first 4 digits and unselects the selected time schedule for that user. This is makes it so managers can use the app at all. I can’t believe in 3 years you never issued a bug fix. Both iOS devices are current iPhone 14 and 15. We have seen this issue before and could never figure out a way to fix it. Reinstall the app or even Reinstall iOS does fix it.

From meh to unusable.

Use to work decently well but now it just shows a blank white page every time I open the app. Tried deleting and reinstalling and still the same thing. Literally unusable.

I love the app but wish it was compatible with my Apple Watch.

Garbage app

My work uses this app. I’m literally sitting outside my work be cause I can’t open the door because the app keeps crashing… please fix this. Most of the time I get a white screen and I have to force restart the app.

I’ve called you guys and no response I’ve done everything on the manual and videos off of YouTube, sent emails and as a electrician for integrated system set it up right next to the WiFi and still couldn’t get it to work

When opening App, screen goes white on my iPhone. App is downloaded but it doesn’t show on my home screen and I need to open it from my App Store. Because App does not show on my home screen I cannot remove it to reinstall either and on the App Store it only shows with the open button and not the cloud button that would allow me to download it from scratch . I have an iPhone SE second generation.

Simple to use at the right price; Free

Very utilitarian and simply designed access control app. No monthly charges, which is the best part. Just buy and install their hardware for your access control system and this app controls it all.
